I was walking Maize the other day when it suddenly struck me that she's all grown up. She was no longer the stubborn little fluffball of a puppy that I'd known  since she was a few months old. She wasn't laying down or pulling in the opposite direction. She walked block after block, stopping at every corner and didn't argue with me when it was time to go home.  She was simply a great dog!
This is one of the joys of dog walking for me... watching puppies grow, learn, discover new things and develop personalities and then enjoying the dogs they become.
