Please note: In-home spaw services are intended to supplement but not replace full grooming for dogs with long fur. We are not equipped to deal with excessive matting.
Spaw services are offered solely for dog walking and vacation care clients of Second City Pet Care.
We require an alternate date in case we are not able to provide service on a specific day due to unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you in the event that we need to reschedule.
Julie is experienced in dealing with all types of pets in a professional grooming situation, however if any service can not be completed due to behavior issues, customer will receive a full or partial refund. If your pet has had any sensitivities or reactions to any grooming in the past, please specify in the Special Instructions section of the reservation form.
